Westley: You've made your decision, then?
Vizzini: Not remotely! Because iocaine comes from Australia, as everyone knows. And Australia is entirely peopled with criminals. And criminals are used to having people not trust them as you are not trusted by me, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you.
Westley: Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.
Vizzini: Wait till I get going!
[pause]
Vizzini: Where was I?

There is a subtle joke when the prince arrives where the battle of wits took place and sniffs the vial that had Iocane powder in it (which is oderless and tasteless) and says "Iocane powder, I'd bet my life on it!"

Indeed a great line

I like another as well from that general scene

Man in Black: You guessed wrong.

Vizzini: You only think I guessed wrong! That's what's so funny! I switched glasses when your back was turned! Ha ha! You fool! You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in a land war in Asia" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go against a Sicilian when death is on the line"!

And you recognized Cyclops and the Sirens, huh?
That IS a cool story. Great movie. The Coen brothers are genius. I love the color patina they used throughout the film. And I love the way the use a lot of the same actors throughout their films, e.g. John Goodman, John Turturro, Frances McDormand, Steve Buscemi. Along with Spielberg, Eastwood, and Scorsese, I think they're about the best filmmakers going right now.

What about Tarentino (I'm sure everyone will say). He's good but, IMO, gets locked into pretty much one genre.

Bad Mouthing Angelina is damn near ban worthy in these parts.

Show me another Hollywood hottie who, gets naked AND likes guns AND has a couple of Academy Awards.....

You're both fired! Go have yourselves flogged.

JD
Kate Winslet is a hottie who gets naked a lot and has probably won as many awards as Angie. Don't know about her and guns, tho'
