It is a dark beer, but I'd call it a very light dark beer. Its very smooth, sure goes down well. It beats the crap out of budweiser, but I'd rather have another Leinenkugel's

Blue Moon Seasonal Abby was not bad, better than the Torpedo for me. Sam Adams Winter Lager is decent to I must say.
