WOW, I didn't realize they still made 3.2 beer. Ohio had it when I was in high school, you could buy it when you turned 18. They did away with it sometime in the 80's I think when they raised the drinking age to 21.

Alright beer people I've decided to stay with the winter theme. I picked up a beer called Snow Day from the makers of Fat Tire. Here's a pic.

I have not tried it yet, but I do like Fat Tire.

I bought a sampler 12 pack of New Belgium, they were all fantastic. Only issue I had was after "sampling" each one I had to go back and compare, after that I had a third round... not too sure which one I liked best but I did get up around 2am for some Tums, Tylenol and a glass of water.

I bought a six pack of Sierra Nevada Torpedoe. Extra IPA which means to me more hops, which yes it does. The hops taste is up front and the beer finishes crisp with a slight citrus hint. I really am going to enjoy the last four.

Edit; looks like I spilled that one.

I'm from Chippewa Falls. Went to High School with Dick Leinenkugel.

it's good stuff but not their best. Leinenkugel's Original has been my daily beer of choice for the last 5 years. matter of fact i'm in the process of drinkin my second one of those for the night. Creamy Dark is excellent, as is their new seasonal, Snowdrift Vanilla Porter. dark & rich with a sweet taste, even the girlfriend loves it. i might shed a tear when that goes away for the year. their other seasonal beers like 1888 bock, fireside nut brown, & oktoberfest i really enjoy. however i am not fan of their lemon berry shandy or berry weiss.

That Leinenkugel is great. Their sunset wheat(I think) is pretty tasty too.
