Yeah, I'm not sure if in technically allowed to drink beer/alcohol, sugar and all that... So I try not to drink too much.

Medical reasons, apparently my body doesn't like my thyroid , my immune system attacks it, and I'm slightly allergic to sugar and somehow that makes it worse.

Every so often it's okay, I still have sugar every so often but just a little and very rarely. It's only refined sugar, I don't know if alcohol sugars count as refined...
