Nice! Gotta love an exhaust fan. Does the window still show on the outside wall?

A interesting way to change up a sink is to get an old dresser (short chest of drawers with a mirror mounted on top) and gut the top drawers out to fit the sink and drain.

I like your idea of having the cabinet in front of the throne. Just open the doors and watch your favorite football game on the flat screen!

Looks like our lives were on a parallel course. This was also the before pic in my bathroom update, taken just 2 weeks ago...up to and including the cordless drill.

No, there is no window at all any more just a vent inside & out............
