Barack is a toy now.
I was looking up stuff on anazon.com and ran across this. I was typing in stuff like blow up doll thinking they wouldn't have stuff like that and I found these side by side.

I saw a better one, it was called Obama Dolls and the message was displayed on the seat which was up n a toilet. The arrow on the sign points into the toilet bowl advertising Free Obama Dolls
The next one was a sign "You President Has An Important Message For You
(Hung above a hot air dryer) with "Press Here For Message" stuck onto the "ON" button...

They also had a blowup Glock with a glory hole. Looks like its been dropped too.

Or LACK of medicine, I believe.
