For burgers or sausage? My son bagged a deer this afternoon and we are butchering it ourselves. Do you have a sausage recipe?

We are in A Zone which opened on the 11th. My son (just turned 15) got a small buck using the Garand with handloads he built up. Its his first deer. Even a small one is putting meat on the table. We can get 6 deer between the three of us. Hopefully we will fill all three tags this year.
