Pot, crack, smack, cocaine, etc...all banned and all a huge problem in the U.S.

Murder, been illegal as far back as I can remember and still a big problem.

Driving under the influence, illegal and another huge problem.

In fact, most of the things we have a problem with are illegal!! how will making them more illegal be better? DUH!!
