English bitter in the fridge! It should be served cool (i.e. 'warm') not chilled.

I'm a voracious reader, I cook and I've started some very basic gunsmithing. I'm formerly a journeyman carpenter and have remodeled two of our homes. I don't know if it's a hobby or a necessity, but I'm Mr. Fixit around the house and occasionally for neighbors and friends.

I used to be into cars pretty heavy, but when I sold my last toy, that all kind of went by the wayside.

On the side, I teach some classes and do a bit of public speaking.

I golf at least twice a month now. Not too many years ago I would golf almost every day. I snow ski during the season here in the Sierras around the Tahoe area mostly. Been into high end audio gear since the early 1980's (very spendy) and the last 2 years have been into model rocketry with my oldest grandson.

The model rockets are a hoot! The grandson and I have one that flys to +/- 7500 feet and we are building a 6'+ carbon fiber rocket that should exceede 38,000 feet. We'll have to go to the Black Rock desert in Nevada to launch this one sometime this early spring.
