Steve Park, he raced in the 90s and early 00s. He was Dale Sr's teammate if I'm not mistaking he raced for Richard Childress with Dale.

I have no clue, he kinda just dropped off the radar about 2003 or so, but I just googled him and he race in the Busch series (now nationwide) and truck series a well as the regular stock car racing. He won 7 races combined in all 3 series and won a championship in one of the "minor leagues" of NASCAR. He's now a spokenman for better testing for head injuries in NASCAR.
