Just an observation in conjunction with a psychology class i am taking as part of my Masters program. The writings of the highly intelligent, and the insane, can at times seem to be very similar, and difficult to interpret.

I personally love the new cars! Waaaay better looking and seem to perform better than those ugly a** COTs.
So you like single file racing and no passing and the only lead changes happen under yellow/in the pits? Thats what you have with this new version of a dump truck. Denny is right and NASCAR is a bunch of power hungry $h!theads! GO DENNY!

Marcos Ambrose who races in your NASCAR series raced in V8 Supercars in Fords before he went over to you blokes racing for Ford and now Toyota, regards
Wrong, Marcos STILL runs Fords for Pitty Motorsports. Hope he does well this year...Marcos is cool!

No surprise there! Ratliff is a smart critter and one helluva crew chief.

The cars will get better! We are only three races in with a brand new car, and this is always the norm with a new car! NASCAR most definitely IS a bunch of power hungry $h!threads! They ruined a perfectly fine sport by coming up with The Chase. The Chase sucks, if you are no better than 10th place through the first 26 races, but catch fire in the last 10 with the points reset you can be champion? I say bullish*t! By the way Denny sucks! He went from being the second best driver on an excellent team to being the third wheel. Stewart, Gordon, Kenseth, and others have more talent in their pinkies

News flash: the so-called Gen 6 is the same basic car as last year with a facelift.
Engine package? Yep, same stuff.
Suspension? Same geometry/componentry, new spring rates & shock specs IIRC.
Bodywork? Longer snout, shorter rear deck. Prettier, more brand specific. Any bets on how long that lasts? As soon as one brands design is deemed to have an advantage, NASCAR will start screwing with them and we will eventually go full circle back to androgynous blobs in much the same manner as Gen 4 & Gen 5.0.
Aero package? FUBAR.
Safety? Yeah, incremental improvements every year.
It's a Gen 5 .7. The "Gen 6" monicker was apparently invented to make it seem to those who aren't paying much attention, that these aren't really the same cars they've been driving since 2007. Pig + Lipstick = Gen 6

Congrats to Rowdy Busch on the Nationwide win, and record setting pole for tomorrows cup race. He might just run the table this weekend......
