Tony is off to a good start. I know its not cool to like kyle, but that guy is fun to watch, and can he drive a car ....? Saves it 3 or 4 times, and wins the race. I do think they should have 1 non-points race every year , with a big payout ,where they pick a year, say...1971, have everybody run 500 miles at Daytona, or Dega in a car from that year, with all the rules that were in effect that same year. They could add some modern safety stuff to it. But would be cool to see the old chargers, torino's, etc. With the big blocks, HEMI'S and all that. I think it would be fun for the teams to find and build one of those old race cars, would be good for sponsors, and fans would go nuts for it. And since im dreaming anyways, bring back kale yarbrough / buddy baker, when men were men, and we didnt have all the 140lb tootie-frootie drivers. And get rid of the speed limit on pit road, I thought that was one of the most exciting parts of the race when i was i kid , watching races with my dad and brothers. Now its just a good time to take a leak, or raid the fridge LOL.....

Yea, kind of expected gordon to be crying about something after the race. But in the post race interview he said " I HAD A BLAST " lol.....

I didnt catch any interviews. Changed the oil and filter, tires and brakes on the motorcycle, so i was out road testing and breaking in the brakes. I got to see the race, just couldnt hear any of it.

RE: old car exhibitions....one of the cool parts if the '10 500 was Jr. Johnsons '59 pacing the field...
