Default Any Beer Brewers

Hey, just looking for any home brew guys and gals..
Any 100 year old recipes? Any wine recipes?

I haven't been on here for a while.. Still looks the same.
Still the place to be when it comes to guns..

I brew a little. AG, now.

I have 10 gallons of pale ale on tap with 10 gallons of smoked stout, 10 gallons of a straight lambic style in the third month of secondary fermentation, and 5 gallons of apfelwien in secondary.

Default is a great forum for brewing...

I'm on there too!

I've mostly used recipes from their site with only minor modifications.

I brew, less than I used to because of the little one but I still brew quite often. A lot of times now I just jump on with friends who are brewing and we split batches. I make a lot of Mead too, it's so easy.
