This was an "Evil" person. In our modern society we refuse to accept evil as a human condition that has always been with us. Evil is for the first time in history considered a treatable disease.
The past 50 years of this failed philosophy has not proved this to the case.

Can't disappoint Biden. it was an Obama approved weapon. Also woiuld be hard for Obama to get much help from a bunch of older caucasions sitting around him at a fireside chat talking about how they had written letters begging for banning of the Biden Approved Double Barrel!

This apparently wasn't a random mass shooting by a nut job. This was an act of revenge against specific individuals. Maybe more info will come out.
