Default Another death in my life

I just found out that man who first hired me as a captain passed away on Sept. 3rd. He was a good man, good to work for, good family, understood the Owner/Captain relationship, and took care of me and mine well for over 9 years.

Just 1 month ago, almost to the day, the captain who first hired me as mate and trained me for 4 years, passed. Another good man.

I'll miss them both.

Yeah. I know. Lost my dad a year ago yesterday. Six years ago we lost 13 family members and close family friends in 9 months. Felt like I got run over by a locomotive and 12 rail cars.
