We used to launch them out in the parking lot. (Bag down)

Pretty impressive, the height distance you get out of those things.

Was at a plant that makes airbags. Looking at a semi full of them pulling away from the loading dock, I got the giggles. Mental image of the truck getting hit.......... and ALL of the airbags......... well, you get the idea.

Shot one off the other day. It was a side curtain airbag. It was bag up, and we still got a good 10 foot in the air. Bag down you get them MUCH higher.

Damn. And to think I used to fear about those kids walking across a crosswalk and kicking the front bumper of new airbag cars back in the 80's. That dude was lucky to live.
