Ill second ,third or whatever for the doctor. It looks like a spider bite an if i have my guess is gana be a recluse, they love the hay. good luck with it let us know how it turns out.

Really HOT and I mean Hot salty water. soak at least three times a day. And use ice packs in between for swelling.........cajun country......

Cider........
Had an uncle once that had an infection on the end of his middle finger. He said that he soaked it insider all night to make it better.....
