Flush, whoosh!

Don't mess with old folks. ;)

You know my grandfather always told me "never mess with an old man cause he'll hurt you." I hope they don't see a courtroom over this he was just doing what was right!

You think this guy means that, or he is stepping into the lime light for the sake of his ego?

I would like to think there is at least ONE good lawyer out there that believes in a person's right to defend their home.

I hope the former Army Vet does not have to worry about it any further and the District Attorney pulls his head out of his ass long enough to realize what really was the problem here.

I followed the links & liked the comments. I'm sure not every comment came from a local, but it gives you hope that at least some of the people there support the second amendment.

You know the police had to have taken his weapon for evidence. I wonder if he will get it back because of the gun ban. Just thinking.

Dirt nap = no repeat offenses!

Never mess with an old man - they'll just kill you and be done with it...

Well done to the veteran...and to the lawyer offering to represent him. Couldn't quite tell from the article; is the old guy facing charges for illegal firearm posession only, or for using one in self defence as well?

How the other half lives when you have none of these rights...
