Default 2nd Amendment mail in ballot?

I got a letter from the 2nd Amendment foundation. Its asking to fill out this jurors ballot fighting Bloomberg's gun ban, Obama, and the Brady gun ban. It all looked legit up until they want you to send money. I'm not sure bout it has anyone received anything like this? Or heard of the 2nd Amendment foundation?

Got something very similar from the NRA last week. Tossed in the trash for 2 reasons,

1. I'm not paying $21 to take a poll
2. I will be moving out of NY before the end of the year.

Charity Navigator Rating - Second Amendment Foundation

I have found that site useful for evaluating charities & similar NFP organizations. It seems relatively unbiased. Spelling counts; this "second amendment foundation" had "second" spelled out.

30% seems a bit much for fundraising expenditures to me, but maybe it's in a growth phase or something.

It's b.s. IMO. If you're taking a poll, fine - take your poll. If you're soliciting donations, say so up front. I really hate taking a questionnaire/poll online and being presented with the "Select from the options below how much you would like to donate to continue". Pisses me off huge.
