Something to be proud of. I remember
running 6 miles a day while fasting on water
for ten days. Felt like a million bucks!

Thanks for reminding me of what I can't do anymore! 
I used to warm up with distances I now consider to be a complete workout. I'm only 31! I need to just run more, I always tell myself I will but then come up with excuses like it's to hot, it's to cold, I have to much beer in my fridge and need to clear out some space, etc.
