Congratulations. Did you only make left turns?

since I've been discharged, I've only run when something was chasing me. I haven't been chased...

If God had meant for me to run, he would never have created Mechanized Infantry.

Used to tease my old boss that marathoner was an indian word that meant "No owns car" - but seriously, congrats- what are your running? 880, milers?

One trip around a typical american track is 440 yds and is 1/4 of a mile.

Or...is your running done in formation, along a already proven known distance?

Funny!
Congratulations Ploofy
on your effort.
Something to be proud of. I remember
running 6 miles a day while fasting on water
for ten days. Felt like a million bucks!

Thanks for reminding me of what I can't do anymore!

I used to warm up with distances I now consider to be a complete workout. I'm only 31! I need to just run more, I always tell myself I will but then come up with excuses like it's to hot, it's to cold, I have to much beer in my fridge and need to clear out some space, etc.
