I couldn't for the life of me see why this thread is still going, so I had to find out.

Basically this whole thread is a SHINING God damn example why you all need to follow Benning, Dog and I and get a 14 day cleanse going for the good of your insides.

After living in various hotels for the better part of 6 years, all over the country, I have eaten every piece of fast food there is in this land, and a lot of it in Korea and Japan.

Trust me, this ALL affects you, but it's a compilation effect. You need to knock out the first few layers of the Pyramid of Death to live a little healthier as you get older.

Trust an older dog on this.

I just threw a McDonald's Double Cheeseburger in my trunk. I will let you know how it looks in 2 years. I don't go in there much.

I had fast food twice in the last 3 days when I was on the road. The last fast food burger I had was possibly 6 months ago. I enjoyed the Whopper, but not a few hours later.

Here's the deal. If anyone thinks they are getting good quality or good for you food at MOST chain restaurants then keep thinking so. Soup at Olive Garden (either kind) is not good for you. Steaks at Cracker Barrel? Fugget 'bout it. Bad cuts.

I don't believe the McDonald's 12 year old burger thing either. Just like the email going around about how bugs don't eat margarine. Total farce and most likely one of those interwebz fallacies.
