CA. AW Flow Chart
This may help with some questions regarding California laws and certain semi auto rifles.

OMG!! Is that what you folks in the Peoples' Яepublik of Kalifornia have to really put up with by way of gun "laws?" That made my eyes hurt just noting all the statute violations!

Yeah..., kind of silly laws in my opinion.

One of the best commiefornia jokes I have heard.
I heard that the first amendment was redacted in the republic.

I'm from this crazy peoples republic (unfortunately). What are some good firearms that come close to, but currently pass these requirements for Kali? Do any of you know of specific weapons?
Thanks

Unfortunately, at least as I understand it, if you are to buy a current new or used firearm of any type here in Cali., you are limited to 10 round magazines. The AK and AR type weapons I believe have to have fixed 10 round magazines. Other rifles like the Springfield M1A and Ruger Mini-14 are also limited to 10 round magzines but they can be detachable.

I also live in this poopy gun state. I am from Las Vegas and moved to California and had to leave my own firearms in Vegas with Family. Anywho, it is ten rounds max in nething. You have to have a " Bullet Button" ( some stupid button you have to use a Bullet to push for mag release)... AR and AK' s fall in that. Can't have old Sks with drop out mag but you can own a Mini 14 with no bullet button and a ten round mag. So contradictive.

My ar doesn't have a bullet button and it's not an AW either the laws, however, do suck.
