Feinstein was president of the San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors on what she calls that city’s “day of infamy” in 1978, when a former colleague shot and killed Harvey Milk and Mayor George Moscone. Since then, Senator Feinstein has been one of the most vocal proponents of gun control on Capitol Hill.
Seems to me if memory serves me right. It was a fledgling politician who shot and killed both politicians. Why not outlaw all politicians from carrying. And we know that they do.

Lol. Wouldn't matter they would just hire more armed security and continue to try to take our guns.

Yayyy, cause there's 200 million firearms in the u.s. 2 stupid @$$holes bring them to colleges and movies and shoot people with them, now nobody deserves to have one. When are they gonna ban cooking knives, I think those are used in a good percentage of crimes as well.

I believe Dan White used a revolver to kill Harvey Milk and George Moscone in 1978. that was the event that led Feinstein to get on her anti-gun bender. Now she carries a .357 revolver. Go figure.

Also interesting is that the article is followed by many comments, not one of which I read were in support of Feinstein's proposed assault weapons ban. Not a single one.

A while ago a deranged man in Japan drove his car into a crowd then jumped out and started stabbing people with a kitchen knife. I believe he killed eight and wounded twenty or so. Crazy people are going to do crazy stuff.

Maybe there should be psyche evals done before anyone takes public office. Cause most of the politicians seem to be just as crazy.
