Hello been over on the mini14 forum and just now saw this forum . Recently contracted the devastating black gun disease. Started with a colt ar 223. Then I got a ruger mini14 then I got the colt m4 22lr and last week i put a S&W AR 223 on layaway! It was only 550 who could pass up an AR for that think my wife is on the verge of leavin me over my guns oh well shell be missed. Anyways dang ammos expensive does anyone here reload 223? I's it worth it?

It's been a while since I've been here too. Yes, it's worth reloading .223s. I just bought a Weatherby in .223 & never shot a centerfire before. I have experience loading handgun rounds & I bought a single stage press for the .223. The rifle rounds are so much easier to load than the handgun rounds. I could get caught up just reloading - it gives me a lot of satisfaction knowing that for every round I build, I'm saving money, and to see my rounds making small little groups @200 yards is a hoot!
