Can a legal permanent alien resident get ccw permit here in arizona?

The answer is yes. You have to take a CCW course, get fingerprinted, and file the paperwork with the state with a $60 fee. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get it back from DPS.

If I have to explain it, you probably won't understand it.
