In Indiana you still go thru the check, but it's painless & no charge. If approved, you walk out with your new toy. Check the law for transport after your initial trip home though. It's very restrictive. Get your license to carry ASAP.

This is my method of selling a firearm. I always consign it to a local shop. That way the transaction cuts me out of any legal hassles. He takes the risk and I have always come out money ahead. Just takes a little more time perhaps.

There is no friggen loophole. He is using the legal system correctly and not breaking any laws. You were under no obilagtion to buy from him if you didn't like him selling guns without running a BC.

If your lookin to change one of thoes up alittle millsurpstuff.com has just about everything you could want. Hes located in ohio too so you should get your stuff in a day or two. Im in michigan and got my stuff in 3 days and hes great about returning e-mails asap.
